I’ve been in athletics in some form or fashion since I was a kid growing up in a small town where everybody knows everyone. As a youth athlete I maintained a weight of 147 pounds in high school which over time eventually reaching a personal best of 205. Working out and staying in shape has been a lifelong endeavor of mine for years by practicing several techniques, basically knowing how to get the best results. It starts with a simple mindset to build a foundation first and foremost then there is a process called commitment. Before any type of workout or fitness regime it's best to have a plan and goal about what you are expecting to accomplish. Anything is possible but some work is involved along with nutrition.
